How to Use the Insole<\/p>\n

First, remove the insole that comes with your shoe.<\/p>\n

Overlap the original insole on top of the ASHI-TORE PERSON.<\/p>\n

Finish the heel area by aligning it. If your ASHI-TORE PERSON is larger, copy the toe shape.<\/p>\n

Use scissors to cut off the excess along the copied line.<\/p>\n

Insert into your shoe for use.<\/p>\n

*If the insole becomes deformed or wrinkled in your shoe, adjust the toe area again before use.<\/p>\n

This product’s effectiveness is not permanent and requires periodic replacement. Because it emphasizes mobility and is made of flexible material, it will wear out over time. If you notice a decrease in effectiveness, we recommend replacing it with a new product. (Official recommendation: For those who walk an average of 6,322 steps per day, replace the insole every 3-4 months.)
\nYou may experience discomfort or pain when using this product for the first time. We recommend using it for 30 minutes daily to allow for a break-in period.<\/p>\n
