Description
富士山富士五湖地區唯一及最具歷史的清酒釀酒廠 － 井出醸造店 いでじょうぞうてん
成立於江戶時代中期 (約1700年)，江戶時代末期（約1850年），家族第16代注意到位於海拔850米的富士山冷涼的氣候和豐富清澈的富士の湧水，便開始製造清酒，並與傳統的醬油醸造相結合。
自 1985 年以來，一直在製造和銷售主要品牌「甲斐の開運」。許多類型的清酒都是使用富富士の湧水釀造，口感溫順，純正天然。
