How to Use the Insole

First, remove the insole that comes with your shoe.

Overlap the original insole on top of the ASHI-TORE PERSON.

Finish the heel area by aligning it. If your ASHI-TORE PERSON is larger, copy the toe shape.

Use scissors to cut off the excess along the copied line.

Insert into your shoe for use.

*If the insole becomes deformed or wrinkled in your shoe, adjust the toe area again before use.

This product’s effectiveness is not permanent and requires periodic replacement. Because it emphasizes mobility and is made of flexible material, it will wear out over time. If you notice a decrease in effectiveness, we recommend replacing it with a new product. (Official recommendation: For those who walk an average of 6,322 steps per day, replace the insole every 3-4 months.)
You may experience discomfort or pain when using this product for the first time. We recommend using it for 30 minutes daily to allow for a break-in period.

Wearing and Use

・If the insole becomes dislodged in the shoe, secure it with double-sided tape on the back.

・Although the insole fabric is treated to prevent fading, it cannot completely prevent fading due to moisture, perspiration, friction, and other factors. If the insole is used in wet conditions for a long time, the surface material may transfer color to socks.

・Do not bend the insole. There is a risk of deformation.

・If the insole is damaged or deformed, the intended effect will not be achieved. In this case, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.

・Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort in your feet or body during use.

・This product is not a medical device for treatment or correction.

・This product is not a foot orthosis for correcting clubfoot. If you continue to use this product with deformed feet, you may experience foot pain. In this case, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.

・If you have poor circulation, diabetes, wounds, swelling, or injuries on the soles of your feet, consult a doctor before using this product.

Storage/Care

・Avoid direct sunlight and store in a well-ventilated area whenever possible.

・When not in use, dry in a cool, dry place.

・If wet, dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area before use.

・If soiled, wipe gently with a disinfectant wipe, etc., then dry in a cool, dry place.

・Do not store in temperatures exceeding 60°C. There is a risk of deformation.
